Returns and Exchanges

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase; however, there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item.

Online Purchases
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. This applies to all products purchased online. You may return or post your jewellery piece back to us within fourteen days of receipt unless otherwise stated by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Any items being returned for a refund which have been purchased from RichDiamonds will not be covered or insured by us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to insure the parcel and ensure the safe return of the goods within fourteen days. RichDiamonds will not be liable for any damage or losses incurred in transit.

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in store may be returned within seven days of purchase, unless otherwise stated by us. All return conditions outlined below apply.

At RichDiamonds, you have our money-back guarantee on every jewellery or watch piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within the stated return period, provided it is in the exact same condition in which it was sold.

For jewellery and watches, items must not have been worn and must include all original boxes, papers, stickers, seals and protective covers with which they were sold in order for us to accept the return.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage in any way cannot be accepted for return. Evaluation of the condition of returned items is at the sole discretion of our highly trained staff.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable restocking fees if these conditions are not met. Any such fee will be determined by the extent to which the conditions have been breached or any damage caused to the returned item.

Please note that the purchaser is liable for all delivery, shipping and insurance costs incurred. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not cover accidental damage or loss. Warranties issued are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
