Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after this time or from Friday-Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days. We will always do our best to inform you about any delays.

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail and all non-UK shipments via FedEx, fully insured. Tracking details will be provided on the day the item has been dispatched. All deliveries will require a signature. 
Orders being sent outside the UK will be subject to import duties/taxes, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

We require all clients to confirm their delivery address in writing. As standard, your order will be sent to your home address unless you request otherwise. This will need to be agreed with us in writing before-hand.

All items are sent in discrete plain outer packaging and will be sealed with tamper evident security tape. 

If you prefer, you can also collect your purchase at our Bond Street gallery. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Photo I.D such as drivers’ licence or passport will be required.
