The ring arrived quite early on Friday, which was really fantastic. I was thrilled with it, it is quite beautiful and looks brand new. The Cartier box and the certificate in its own little wallet was the icing on the cake! When I arrived back in Bristol I got it altered to fit my wrist and feels secure, as it was such a small job the goldsmith didn't charge, so a good result all round. Being open backed it is easy to wear in an office, with a computer mouse etc.

I recently bought a platinum and diamond infinitely band for my wife on our 42nd anniversary.
We have been very happy with the service received from RichDiamonds and are very pleased with the ring.
In the last month, I have purchased a diamond solitaire to replace my grandmother's engagement ring, which went missing and subsequently the ruby and diamond dress ring. After submitting information onto the website of richdiamonds.com, I received a phone call the next day to confirm some of the information. I felt very comfortable speaking to Michael who went through the process of assessing my diamond ring, what they would look for and what I needed to do. At no time did I feel pressured into sending my ring off, instead I was advised to take the time to think about it. After taking the decision to send my ring to richdiamonds, I was given a very fair assessment followed by a very fair offer which I accepted. The money offered was transferred into my bank on the same day as the offer and within 48 hours of me posting the ring off. I would highly recommend using richdiamonds to anyone wanting to sell a diamond ring - I was made to feel very safe with all decisions being left entirely up to me. The merchandise was described as in ' mint condition ' but looked unworn when it arrived.
