Yellow Gold Diamond and Ruby Ring

A beautiful 18k yellow diamond and ruby dress ring. The ring comprises of a trilogy style with an oval cut ruby in a 8 claw setting with a round brilliant cut diamond either side of the ruby in a 6 claw setting. The ruby has a weight of approximately 1.20ct, with a deep red hue throughout. The diamonds have a total weight of 0.86ct, G colour and VS+ clarity. The ring is a size O but can be adjusted for a perfect fit. The ring has a gross weight of 4.50 grams.
