Yellow Gold Ruby & Diamond Necklace

An exceptional 18k yellow gold ruby and diamond necklace. The necklace comprises of a diamond set floral design featuring 6 leaf motifs pave set with 222 round brilliant cut diamonds, separated by a ribbon motif comprising of 7 asscher cut diamonds in a channel setting and 10 graduating round brilliant cut diamonds. Suspending from the centre motif are 4 freely moving tassels comprising of 37 round brilliant cut diamonds and 4 pear shaped rubies at the ends. Further complementing the centre motif are 5 marquise cut rubies set to either side leading to the graduating strand of 125 round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds have an approximate combined weight of 12.60ct, G-H colour and VS-SI clarity. The rubies have an approximate total weight of 5.88ct and display a purplish-red hue. The centre motif measures 6 cm in height and 5.5 in width and has a necklace length of 14 inches. The necklace finishes with a box clasp with a single figure 8 safety clasp on the side for added security and has a gross weight of 54.21 grams.
