A beautiful 18k white gold Van Cleef & Arpels diamond ring from the Trefle collection. The central flower motif is set with a single claw set blue cabochon cut sapphire. The surrounding petals of the flower are pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.38ct. The ring is currently a size L½ but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 5.0 grams.
