Van Cleef & Arpels?Carnelian & Diamond Vintage Alhambra Ring

A beautiful 18k yellow gold Van Cleef & Arpels ring from the Alhambra collection. The ring is composed of a four leaf clover motif with a carnelian insert set to the centre, complimented by a beaded edge and a round brilliant cut diamond weighing approximately 0.08ct. The ring measures 19mm in diameter, is a size M and has a gross weight of 6.00 grams.
