A beautiful 18k yellow gold Van Cleef & Arpels diamond ring from the Trefle collection. The flower motif is set with a single cabochon ruby weighing 0.47ct and displaying a rich red hue. The petals of the flower are pave set with16 round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 0.43ct. The ring tapers down from 3.4mm to 2.3mm wide, is currently a size J and has a gross weight of 5.25 grams.
