A lovely platinum diamond heart pendant by Tiffany & Co. The pendant features an open heart motif pave set with 22 round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds have an approximate total weight of 0.13ct, F-G colour and VS clarity. The pendant measures 12mm in height and 8.5mm in width, is suspended from a 16-inch chain that finishes with a lobster clasp and has a gross weight of 2.91 grams.
Comes complete with a Tiffany & Co. presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
