A beautiful 18k white gold diamond heart pendant by Theo Fennell. The openwork design consists of 4 hearts set inside each other with round brilliant cut diamonds in a pave setting with an approximate weight of 1.04ct. The heart motif features a loop bail with a width and height of 2.10cm with a gross weight of 5.70 grams.
