A stylish 18k white gold diamond Roberto Coin heart pendant. The pendant comprises of an open work double heart motif with 74 round brilliant cut diamonds in a shared claw setting. The diamonds have a total weight of approximately 0.96ct, G colour, VS clarity. The pendant has 2 round brilliant cut hidden rubies; one on the back of the heart and the other next to the clasp fitting. The pendant features a 15 inch fine trace link chain with a lobster clasp and loop fitting and measures 2.9cm in height  and width. The pendant has a gross weight of 8.30 grams.
