Pomellato 18k Yellow Gold Diamond and Topaz Sabbia Vintage Earrings

A beautiful pair of 18k yellow gold earrings from the Pomellato Sabbia Vintage collection. Each earring features a circular disc intermittently pave set with round cut blue topaz's and round brilliant cut diamonds. The earrings feature leaver back fittings and measure approximately 2.5cm in length with a gross weight of 19.70 grams. The earrings come complete with a RichDiamonds presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
