Piaget Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Double Ring

A unique 18k yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring by Piaget. The ring comprises of a sapphire ring and a diamond set ring connected at the top. The oval cut sapphire weighs approximately 0.32ct, displays a dark blue hue and is tension set on a band that tapers from 5.5mm wide to 3.5mm. The diamond set band is set with 37 round brilliant cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.80ct, pave set to a matching tapered band. The ring measures a size 54 and has a total weight of 17.37 grams.
