A mesmerizing 18k white gold diamond pendant by Piaget. The pendant features an openwork leaf motif adorned with 160 round brilliant cut diamonds. The pave set diamonds have an approximate total weight of 3.15ct, E-F colour and VS clarity. The pendant is suspended from a 15-inch trace link chain that finishes with a lobster clasp. The leaf pendant measures 8mm x 4mm and has a gross weight of 22.60 grams.
