Patek Philippe White Gold Twenty-4 Earrings

A pair of 18k white gold earrings from the Twenty-4 collection by Patek Philippe. The earrings feature 60 round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.43ct. Set to the sides of the earrings are 12 cabochon blue sapphires totalling approximately 0.36ct. The earrings measure 1.5cm in width and 2cm in length, with post and hinge clip fittings. The earrings have a gross weight of 15.8 grams.
