An 18k rose gold diamond necklace by Hermes from the Vertige Couer collection. The necklace features an openwork heart motif with a single round brilliant cut diamond. The diamond has a total weight of 0.05ct. The necklace has an adjustable length from 15 - 15.7 inches and features a toggle clasp with a gross weight of 6.90 grams. 

The necklace comes complete with a Hermes presentation box and Hermes papers dated February 2019.
