Cartier Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring

A beautiful 18k yellow gold diamond and sapphire Cartier dress ring. The ring comprises of an oval cut cabochon sapphire in a rubover setting set to the centre with a weight of approximately 3.85ct, with a dark blue hue throughout. Complementing the centre stone are 18 round brilliant cut diamonds on either side in a pave setting, with a total weight of approximately 1.08ct, G colour and VS+ clarity. The ring is a size 54, measures 12mm at the widest point and tapers down to 4mm and has a gross weight of 10.90 grams.
