A beautiful 18k white gold Cartier diamond dress ring from the Caresse d'Orchidees collection. The ring comprises of an orchid motif pave set with 49 round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds have a total weight of 0.54ct, G colour and VS+ clarity. The ring is a size M but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 7.00 grams.
