A rare vintage 18k tri-colour diamond pendant watch by Cartier from the Vendome collection. The manual wind watch comprises of a round motif with a sapphire glass panel centre. The centre features a silver dial, roman numerals, blue steeled sword shaped hands and Cartier's own hidden signature at 'VII'. The edge of the motif and bail are set with 55 single cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.44ct. The pendant measures 26mm in width and 36mm in height, is suspended from a 24 inch bi-colour link chain that finishes with a discreet push clasp and has a gross weight of 54.23 grams.
