A pretty pink sapphire and diamond ring in platinum from the Cartier Meli-Melo collection. The ring has a selection of marquise, oval and pear cut pink sapphires and 3 round brilliant cut diamonds set to the front in a scattered style. The ring is size 48/I and has a gross weight of 5.57 grams.

The ring comes complete with an original Cartier presentation box, papers dated March 2004 and the original sales receipt.
