A unique 18k yellow gold Cartier charm. The charm comprises of a roulette motif with a cabachon ruby set to the centre. The charm is also complemented with a round brilliant cut diamond which freely moves in the centre. The charm features a lobster clasp and has a gross weight of 10.80 grams.
