Cartier D Amour Diamond Platinum Ring

A luxurious platinum Cartier diamond engagement ring from the Cartier D'Amour collection. The ring comprises of a round brilliant cut diamond in a rubover setting with a total weight of 0.37ct, predominantly D colour and VVS1 clarity. Complimenting the centre diamond are a halo of 22 round brilliant cut diamond in a pave setting, with a total weight of approximately 0.15ct, well matched in colour and clarity. The ring is a size M but can be adjusted for a perfect fit. The ring has a gross weight of 5.30 grams.
