Cartier 18k Yellow Gold Multi Stone Byzantine Cross Pendant Brooch

An 18k yellow gold multi-gemstone cross pendant/brooch from the Cartier Byzantine collection. The cross motif is set to the centre with a geometric mosaic design composed of a 0.15ct cabochon emerald, round brilliant cut diamonds and pear shape cabochon sapphires totalling approximately 0.48ct. Each arm of the cross is set with a single 0.15ct cabochon ruby, complemented by a further four pave set round brilliant cut diamonds. The cross has a total diamond weight of approximately 0.45ct, each F/G colour and VS+ in clarity. The motif measures 5cmX4cm and features both a bale and pin brooch fitting for alternative ways of wearing with a gross weight of 22.71 grams.
