Cartier 18k Yellow Gold Diamond Set Heart Pendant

A stylish 18k yellow gold diamond set heart Cartier pendant from the Hearts and Symbols collection. The pendant is pave set with 43 graduating round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.10ct. The pendant measures approximately 20mm in height and 15mm in width including the bail runner. The pendant features a 18k yellow gold fine belcher chain approximately 18 inches and a 1 inch extension (not by Cartier),both comprising of bolt ring clasps. The pendant has a gross weight of 11.1 grams.
