Cartier 18k Yellow Gold Diamond Set Dress Ring

An 18k yellow gold diamond set dress ring by Cartier. The ring is set with 3 round brilliant cut diamonds in a rubover setting evenly spaced, totalling approximately 0.60ct, G/H colour and VS in clarity. The ring is 9mm at the widest point and is currently a size I1/2 but can be adjusted for a perfect fit with a gross weight of 7.52 grams.
