Cartier 18k Yellow Gold Diamond Set Dress Ring

An 18k yellow gold diamond set dress ring by Cartier. The ring is set through the centre with 9 round brilliant cut diamonds in a pave setting, totalling approximately 0.33ct, G colour and VS in clarity. Accentuating the diamonds is a brick link pattern set around the surrounding outer edges. The 10mm tapered ring is a size L and has a gross weight of 8.66 grams.
