Cartier 18k Yellow Gold Diamond Set Dress Ring 1.88ct

An 18k yellow gold pave set diamond dress ring by Cartier. The ring is composed of a wrap around design, pave set with 3 rows of round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.88ct, F/G in colour and VS in clarity. The ring measures approximately 1cm in width and is currently a size J but can be adjusted for the perfect fit with a gross weight of 7.26 grams
