Cartier 18k yellow gold diamond set dress ring from the C De Cartier collection. The ring is set to the centre in an openwork double C motif with 24 round cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.48ct, F/G in colour and VS in clarity. In the centre of the open work motif are two pear cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.40ct well matched in colour and clarity. The ring is currently a size K1/2 but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 3.12 grams. The ring comes complete with Cartier presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
