A stunning 18k yellow gold diamond and ruby dress ring by Cartier. The ring is set with 3 rub-over set, princess cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.40ct, F/VS, alternating between two pear shaped rubies totalling approximately 0.40ct, of which disperse a rich red hue throughout. The 8mm ring is a size L1/2 and has a gross weight of 9.59 grams. The ring comes complete with a RichDiamonds presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
