A stunning 18k yellow gold diamond and pearl dress ring from Cartier. The rasied bombe style ring is set to the centre with an 8mm round cultured pearl, complemented by a pave set, graduating round brilliant cut diamonds surround. The diamonds total approximately 2.20ct, are predominantly F/G in colour and VS in clarity. The tapered ring measures 1.4cm in width and is currently a size N1/2 with a gross weight of 10.92 grams. The ring comes complete with a Cartier presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
