An 18k yellow gold diamond dress ring by Cartier. The ring is composed of a pave set half eternity dome style ring, set to the centre with three 18k yellow, white and rose gold strands. The diamonds have a total weight of approximately 0.55ct, predominantly F-G colour and VS in clarity.
