An 18k rose gold multi gemstone ring from the Carter?Caresse D'Orchide?se Par Cartier collection. The ring is of an orchid design, composed of five 'petals' and a round brilliant cut diamond centre. Each petal is set with pave set round brilliant cut diamonds to the outer tips, complemented by a pave set cluster of pale pink sapphires, rhodolite garnets and dark pink tourmalines set to the inner sections. The 2mm twisted band is currently a size L1/2 but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 10.30 grams. The ring comes complete with a RichDiamonds presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
