A beautiful 18k yellow gold diamond heart pendant by Asprey. The pendant features an openwork double heart motif with 44 round brilliant cut diamonds, totalling 0.52ct. The pendant measures 18.73mm in width and 13.49 in height. The pendant comes on an original 16 inch trace chain, finishes with a lobster clasp and has a gross weight of 8.93 grams.
Comes complete with an Asprey presentation box and papers dated January 2013.
