18k Yellow Gold Sapphire, Pearl & Diamond Choker?

A beautiful 18k yellow gold sapphire, pearl and diamond choker. The choker is set to the centre with an oval motif, set with an oval mixed cut natural sapphire. The sapphire weighs approximately 8.02ct, is type II SI in clarity and displays a medium bright blue colour. Surrounding the sapphire are pave set diamonds, totalling approximately 2.02ct, G - H in colour and SI clarity. Set to either side of the oval motif are 2 18k yellow gold diamond set barrels, with 4 cabochon sapphires at each end, totalling approximately 0.72ct. The necklace consists of 30 cultured pearls, displaying a silvery pink hue with 18k yellow gold intersections. The choker is 15 inches in length and has a gross weight of 58.48 grams.
