18k Yellow Gold Ruby & Diamond Set Roman Coin Necklace

An 18k yellow gold roman coin necklace. The necklace is composed of an ancient Roman coin set to the centre of a triangular design, accentuated by a cluster of round brilliant cut diamonds and cabochon rubies at each point. The rubies have a total weight of approximately 0.45ct and the diamonds weigh approximately 0.84ct. The coin motif is suspended on an 18k yellow gold 14 inch flat curb link chain and features a tongue clasp with a gross weight of 46.41 grams.
