The openwork heart motif is set to the outer edge with claw set round brilliant cut rubies totalling 1.12ct, complemented by an inner boarder of claw set round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.63ct. The motif measures 2.5cm X 2.5cm and comes on a 16 inch 18k yellow gold chain with a gross weight of 5.91 grams.
