18k Yellow Gold Diamond and Ruby Dress Ring

An 18k yellow gold sapphire ring from the Cartier Ellipse collection. The ring is set to the centre with a rub-over set 0.50ct oval cut sapphire of which disperses a rich intense blue hue throughout. The 4mm tapered ring is currently a size K 1/2 but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 8.41 grams.The ring comes complete with a Cartier presentation box and Cartier papers dated December 2000 from Athens.
