An 18k yellow gold fancy colour diamond heart pendant set with round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 4.46ct. The base of the heart is set with white diamonds, H colour and SI1 clarity to a range of  fancy yellows totalling 2.89ct. The pendant is on a diamond set bail and a woven box link chain, measuring 18 inches. The heart is approximately 1 inch in width and length.
