The Annual 74th Golden Globe Awards
The Annual 74th Golden Globes Awards took place last Sunday, and the stars certainly sparkled, celebrating an exceptional year of movie making in style. We have chosen just six of our favourite jewels from this year’s ceremony, pairing them with pieces from our current collections; so you can get the red-carpet celebrity style at home.
We want Moore!
‘This Is Us’ star Mandy Moore perfectly paired her cleavage-bearing gown with a beautiful set of diamond teardrop earrings. Rich Diamonds have just the pair of earrings to channel your inner Mandy Moore glamour. A gorgeous pair of 18k white gold diamond drop earrings. Each earring is set to the centre with a single trilliant cut diamond. Complementing the central stone is a round brilliant cut diamond cluster surround, leading to a single baguette cut diamond.
Simple yet Stunning Sienna
The ever so elegant Sienna Miller paired her classy floor-length dress with a string of pearls and matching bracelets. Feel special with this timeless Tiffany & Co pearl necklace from the Tiffany Signature collection; it’s almost identical to Miller’s! The necklace features 56 individually, beautifully knotted pearls.
It was all yellow…
Nostalgia? Reese Witherspoon turned heads in her yellow strapless gown and seems to have found her inspiration from the gorgeous dress of the same hue she wore at the 2007 Golden Globes.
The breath-taking jewels around her neck by Tiffany & Co certainly dazzled the red carpet and complemented her ensemble perfectly.
We have a fabulous piece to make you look and feel as radiant as Reese. This 18k yellow and white gold necklace and bracelet will elevate any outfit. The matching twist rope design is composed of an 18k yellow gold strand entwined with a smaller 18k white gold strand.
Stars for the Star of the Show
Emma Stone was the talk of the evening, bringing some old school glamour to the red carpet in line with the movie of the moment ‘La La Land’. Her magnificent customised blush Valentino gown with metallic silver star embellishments was finished perfectly with a diamond statement necklace from Tiffany & Co.
This exquisite diamond and pearl necklace by Cartier is the perfect dupe. The delicate Orissa necklace is set to the centre with a cushion cut diamond. Suspended from the diamond is a design composed of a 1cm white cultured round pearl, a 0.20ct baguette cut diamond and a pear-shaped pearl dispersing an infusion of black and green hues.
Little Black Dress, Lively Jewels
Blake Lively never fails to disappoint the red carpet paparazzi. She donned a plunging black Versace gown with an elegant silver chainmail trim. She accessorised with matching emerald cuffs by her favourite designer Lorraine Schwartz, taking her little black dress to a whole new level of glamour.
This gorgeous 18k yellow gold emerald and diamond dress ring would match the set of emeralds flawlessly. The ring is set to the centre with a 3.78ct emerald cut emerald in a four-claw setting which is dispersing a deep green hue throughout.
Diamonds are Drew’s Best Friend
Barrymore, who wore a shimmering shoulder cut-out gown, also made a huge statement with her jewellery of choice. The star wore seven Harry Winston diamond rings!
If you too would like a fist full of luxury, we have managed to whittle our current collection down to two choices that match her jewels beautifully.
Here, an 18k white gold dress ring with a diamond set charm. The ring features 6 round brilliant cut diamonds on the band, suspending a freely moving fully pave set charm.
We also have a beautiful 18k white gold diamond and pearl dress ring by Rosendorff. The ring is set to the centre with a 1.20ct round brilliant cut diamond, which is complemented by a 5mm round cultured pearl and diamond halo set either side. Phenomenal sparkle all round.
